A man gunned down his ex-wife and her new boyfriend in Seshego on
Friday, before turning the gun on himself, said Limpopo police.
"It happened this morning just after 06:00 at a house in Zone 2," said Colonel Ronel Otto.
The motive for the killing was not immediately known.
Otto said the identities of the two men still had to be confirmed. The woman was identified as Sandra Vuma.
It was also unclear when she had separated from her husband.
Murder and inquest dockets had since been opened.
