Man chained to a chair after he was caught smoking weed at High School [LOL]!!!

This guy was caught yesterday morning inside a student classroom at Uyo high school, Uyo, Akwa-Ibom, with packs of weeds and matches and they chained him to a desk at the school's security post. 
Where the world is going to now, when the youth embarked on wrong deeds here and there???
