A South Korean artist whose named SILO, on Instagram has elevated tattoos to an art form in a unique way. Thanks to his incredible works which resemble water colour paintings on canvass. The talented artist has done tattoos of cats, floral arrangements and a lotus flower using the technique, and photos of his work have received more than 600 likes on social media. Silo uses pastel colours to give the tattoos a feminine feel. The use of pastel colours and soft lines makes the tattoo, which Silo described as a 'cover up', resembles a water colour painting.
