Dubai passenger plane crashed in Russian southern city of  Rostov-on-don, killing 62 people on board on 19 March,2016. The pilot was said to ignore weather waning from Air Traffic control and the plane got crashed during a repeated landing attempt at the city`s airport in windy condition.
