7 young granite miners died while dozens were seriously injured when the cave they were digging collapsed in Jabo town of Tambuwal Local Government Area of Sokoto State, on Wednesday, April 27. Speaking on the sad incident, wife of the state Governor, Hajiya Maryam Mairo Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, extended her condolence to the families of the deceased.
