LAGOSIANS CARRY THEIR GENERATORS TO FUEL STATIONS AS THEY REFUSE TO SELL FUEL IN JERRY CANS.. OMG!!

This was spotted in Lagos today and its a very big disgrace and sad situation... Look at the woman carrying her baby and still carrying generator due to the fact that were unable to buy fuel with their jerry can and they don`t have car!!! Its happening all round the country not only in Lagos, When will this come t o an end?
When?
No Light?
No Fuel?
