Man and his wife burnt to death at their home in Benue

Early hours of Saturday May 28th, some unknown gunmen raided the house of a man named Joseph Msen Akosu and killed him with his wife after which they were burnt beyond recognition in their house.
       The incident took place at Abinsi, Guma LGA of Benue State and the cause of this brutality isn't clear yet but speculations have it that it was as a result of land disputes between the Tivs.
Meanwhile the Chairman of Guma LG have set up measures to bring to book those responsible. Security agencies have since taken charge of the area to ensure peace.
