       The applicant who applied for the health and tax will continue with their assessment and also applicants for the N-Power agriculture scheme will commence their assessment soon.

       The federal government’s N-Power scheme has released new information for applicants. According to the information on their official twitter page, “Applicants who applied for N-Agro will now commence their assessment tests, Monday, 10th July, 2017.”

It was also revealed that applicants for N-Power Tax and N-Power Health will continue with their assessment test. Meanwhile, Daniel Joshua, a
31-year-old Taraba state-born, former N-Power graduate employee sayd " his sound Christian moral upbringing compelled him to refund the N60,000 paid into his account, after he quit the scheme in April."

    Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Saturday July 1, tweeted and praised Joshua’s rare display of integrity, which he said was worthy of emulation by Nigerian youths.

    Joshua now works for the Central Bank of Nigeria in Benin. He is from Lissem in Ussa local government area of Taraba state. He told the News Agency of Nigeria on Tuesday: “My Christian moral upbringing helped me to do the right thing."
 “My pastor once told me that whatever weakens the conscience weakens the authority and because i have always tried to avoid anything that will weaken my conscience, taking the decision to refund the money was not a problem."

   Joshua, who married in 2015 and now has a child, said some family members and friends tried to persuade him to keep the money.

“Although i didn’t have any money in my account at the time, the orientation from my bosses in my new employment about transparency, integrity and accountability also helped me quickly decide on the right path to take in the matter,’’ he said.

      WHO CAN APPLY
            REQUIREMENTS
     N-Power aspires to provide a platform where most Nigerians can access skills acquisition and development. At this time however, the initial modular programmes in N-Power are designed for Nigerian citizens between the ages of 18 and 35. You will need to meet the minimum requirements (if any) for your respective programme. Generally, selection is based:

→ On your expression of a genuine interest in whichever area you decide;
→ Passing the relevant tests;
→ Your willingness to push yourself beyond your comfort zone; and
→ Ability to show a flair to develop all the skills you need to be the best you can be.

       While there are fixed requirements along the way, we will be relying on you to take ownership of the process and take the lead in shaping your route, by making the most of the training that you will receive.
The program is to reward every successful applicant with a sum of #30,000 monthly and a tablet phone.
    For the purposes of N-Power, Graduate means any post-tertiary qualification including an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE) or as may be specified by the programme.
